Fenugreek is from Southern Europe and Asia. Both the fresh green leaves, which are delicious in e.g. curries, and the seeds can be eaten. They are just like tiny pieces of walnut and have a similar taste. We blend it into our Klaver goat’s cheese, which gives it a nutty taste.
