As the name indicates (‘capra’ is Italian for ‘goat’), this cheese is prepared with goat’s milk. Not cheese, but formaggio. Farmhouse cheese with an Italian tinge. Taste a spark of The Mediterranean due to added garlic, olives and sun tomatoes. This cheese is available in 5 and 10 kg pieces.
