100 points for the Klaver Goat cheese!!!
The North Holland cheese contest 2010, gives the goat's cheese of Klaverkaas 100 points.
This is the maximum score that the jury can award to a cheese. This score is unique in North Holland. Never before by a jury awarded to one of the cheeses.
This cheese was also awarded with a golden medal on the World Cheese Award 2010 in England.
